Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the watch in its original TW Steel presentation box with all manuals and warranty cards, ensuring the protective films are still intact.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the watch's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
